Terms & Conditions
The simple, fair terms that govern how we work together. Please read them before you begin.
1Your agreement with us
These terms govern your use of the services provided by Hadey Travels Global, a business of Hadey Global Services Limited (RC 7906781). By submitting an application or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.
2The services we provide
We provide guidance and processing support for studying and working abroad, including admission assistance, work and job placement support, visa documentation, flight booking, proof of funds, passport support and travel insurance. The exact services in your case depend on the route you choose and are confirmed during your consultation.
If you join our referral programme, additional terms apply to you as a partner, including the tier structure, commission rates and payout rules. Please read the HTG Partner Programme Terms & Conditions in full before you sign up.
3Fees and payment
Our fees are set out clearly on our pricing page and are quoted in USD, payable in the Naira equivalent at the prevailing rate. Payment is structured in stages, and larger fees may be split into instalments through our Pay Small Small option.
- The initial application fee is non-refundable, as it covers the work of assessing and opening your file.
- Visa and embassy fees are set by each destination country and paid directly to the mission. They are separate from our service fees.
- Where Pay Small Small is used, a small service commission applies based on the number of instalments, as explained on the pricing page.
4Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the stage your service has reached and the work already carried out on your behalf. We will always explain the refund position for each stage before you pay, so there are no surprises. Fees for work already completed, and payments made to third parties such as embassies, are not refundable.
5Your responsibilities
To help us serve you well, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, submit genuine documents, respond promptly to requests, and pay agreed fees on time. Providing false or misleading information can lead to a visa refusal and may end our engagement.
6Outcomes are not guaranteed
We work hard to give every application the best possible chance, and we are honest with you about your prospects from the start. However, the final decision on admission rests with the institution, and the decision on any visa rests solely with the relevant embassy or immigration authority. We cannot and do not guarantee approval.
7Third parties
Some parts of your journey involve third parties such as universities, employers, airlines, insurers and payment processors. Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for decisions or actions that are within their control.
8Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fees you have paid to us, and we are not liable for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party decisions and changes in immigration rules.
9Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute will be handled by the appropriate courts in Nigeria. We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version is always the one published on this page.
