Partner Terms & Conditions, HTG

1. Eligibility

Anyone over 18 with an active email address and a legal right to refer clients in their country of residence may apply.

2. Commission structure

Partners earn commission on converted referrals according to their tier:

Bronze, 5% on closed bookings
Silver, 8% after 5 converted referrals in a calendar year
Gold, 12% after 15 converted referrals in a calendar year
Platinum, 15% after 40 converted referrals in a calendar year

A referral is considered converted when the referred client completes a booking, pays the agreed service fee, and the refund window has closed.

3. Payouts

Payouts are issued monthly via bank transfer to the account details on file, subject to a minimum payout amount of NGN 10,000. Partners are responsible for any taxes on commission earned in their jurisdiction.

4. Code of conduct

Partners must represent HTG honestly, avoid guarantees we have not made, and respect the privacy of clients they refer. Any misrepresentation or harassment results in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commission.

5. Termination

Either party may end the partnership at any time with written notice. Commission already earned but not yet paid will be settled in the next scheduled payout cycle.
