Aviation & Piloting

Aviation is one of the few fields where training abroad is close to essential: flight hours, simulator access and internationally recognised licensing simply are not available at scale in Nigeria.

These are the aviation routes HTG supports, from commercial pilot licensing through to the engineering and ground roles that keep aircraft flying.

What you can study in aviation & piloting

Each course below includes the typical duration, where we most often place students, and exactly how HTG supports that application.

1

Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL)

12-24 months South Africa, United States, Turkey, Malaysia

Don’t see your preferred country? Talk to Hadey Travels Global, we have great offers across many more destinations to match your choice.

A Commercial Pilot Licence is the qualification that allows you to be paid to fly. Training runs twelve to twenty-four months and combines ground school with a mandated minimum of flight hours, ending in an ICAO-recognised licence that can be converted for airline work.

How HTG helps

HTG works only with accredited academies that publish honest hour costs, and manages your admission, medical certification guidance and student visa throughout.

2

Aeronautic / Aerospace Engineering

4-5 years Turkey, Malaysia, United Kingdom, Russia

Don’t see your preferred country? Talk to Hadey Travels Global, we have great offers across many more destinations to match your choice.

Aeronautical engineering is a four to five year degree covering aerodynamics, propulsion, avionics and airframe structures. It leads into aircraft design, testing and airline engineering, and is one of the strongest technical routes for maths-capable students.

How HTG helps

HTG matches your results to universities with genuine aerospace faculties and laboratory access, then manages admission and the full visa process.

3

Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME)

2-3 years Malaysia, Turkey, United Kingdom, UAE

Don’t see your preferred country? Talk to Hadey Travels Global, we have great offers across many more destinations to match your choice.

Aircraft maintenance engineering is a licensed technical qualification, usually two to three years, covering airframes, engines and avionics to EASA or FAA standard. Licensed engineers are in persistent global shortage and the route reaches employment faster than a degree.

How HTG helps

HTG identifies programmes whose licensing is recognised by your target regulator, and handles admission and visa documentation end to end.

4

Aviation Management

3-4 years Malta, Turkey, United Kingdom, UAE

Don’t see your preferred country? Talk to Hadey Travels Global, we have great offers across many more destinations to match your choice.

Aviation management covers airport operations, airline commercial strategy, safety regulation and logistics. It is a three to four year degree for students who want an aviation career on the business and operations side rather than in the cockpit or hangar.

How HTG helps

HTG advises which programmes carry genuine industry placement links, and manages your admission and student visa application.
