Spread your admission fee, pay small small

We know $1,000 in one go is a lot. That is why the Admission Processing Fee can be paid in bits, at your own pace, through our application portal. It is the same plan our students already use, now explained plainly so you know exactly what to expect before you begin.

  • Turn on Pay Small Small when you reach the admission step in your portal.
  • Pay in convenient portions of 25%, 50%, 75% or the full amount, whenever you have the funds.
  • Spread the fee across up to four instalments in total.
  • A small service commission applies based on how many instalments you use, and it is only paid after your admission fee is fully settled.

Can I pay in Naira?

Yes. All fees are quoted in USD for clarity but paid in the Naira equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate on the day you pay, via Flutterwave or bank deposit.

Do I have to pay everything at once?

No. Payment is structured in stages, and the larger fees can be split, for example 50% upfront and 50% after your visa is approved, or 25%/25% on the work route. You only pay for the next stage once the previous one is done.

What does the Agency Service Fee cover?

For students it covers the full visa journey: processing support, documentation, embassy liaison, interview preparation and visa collection. It is separate from the admission processing that secures your offer letter.

Are visa and embassy fees included?

No, visa fees are set by each destination country and paid directly to the embassy. They vary by country, and we guide you through paying them correctly.

Is the application fee refundable?

The initial application fee is non-refundable, as it covers the work of assessing and opening your file. Your consultation will explain the refund position at each later stage before you pay.
